| | To the author of the previous post, ask to speak with Mark Ashford (sales manager I think) to help you sort out the problem. I've dealt with them for a while now and they've always gone out of their way. I also emailed them a few days ago, they did take longer to reply than usual but that's because half of their staff are on holiday. I don't know about your Subaru but I have a Scirocco and the radio works perfectly. Hope you come right, SC. |

| | Shipping took approximately 3 weeks for the Radio to get to me , after i received it we tried to install the unit only to find out that it is the completely incorrect one for my car :-/ , its way too big and the harness doesnt plug in , ive now emailed stop shop 3 times and havnt had a response now after 4 days , i was going to do a review on the subaru forum which would have sold a few more units for stopshop , but if it doesnt get sorted out soon ill warn people on all the car forums!!! |

| Worst service I've received in a long time!
After two weeks I've still not received my product, and it took them a whole week to refund me....
Still want the product, but I'll find someone else that sells it, even if i have to pay more... |
