I purchased rear window moldings for my 71 Ford Mustang Fastback. I had a professional glass company install. He spent 1 hr. trying to install and could not, finally he said the moldings are not designed the same nor is the quality of the moldings even close to OEM. I called Car Parts Discount to return and was told to ship moldings back and a refund will be issued. I received a call back and they now will not issue a credit and will not pay for shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BEWARE.

I had a 2000 mile business trip coming up whe my window regulator quit. I searched the net for a solution and found Car Part Discount. The price was right and the regulator was listed as "in stock". I selected USPS priority shipping from the drop down menu which would have worked in my tight time frame.Turned out "in stock" meant that the manufacturer, not Car Part D had it stock, but they didn't ship USPS. Lost a day and won't get it done in time. I'll never order from Car Part Discount again
